1. Order Cancellation and Refunds

1.1 Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order. Requests for cancellation should be submitted to us.

1.2 Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered based on the production status of your order. If your order has not entered the production process, a full refund will be issued. If production has commenced, the refund amount may be subject to deductions for work already completed.

1.3 Custom Design Fees: Design fees are non-refundable once the design process has begun. If you cancel an order after design work has started, you may be responsible for a portion of the design fee.

2. Quality Issues and Errors

2.1 Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality custom printing. If you receive products with manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damages, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. Include clear photos illustrating the issue for our review.

2.2 Refund or Replacement: Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a refund, reprint, or credit toward a future order. Refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Shipping Issues

3.1 Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In cases of confirmed loss or damage, we may offer a refund or replacement.

4. How to Request a Refund
