2. Custom Card Orders

2.1 Order Placement: When placing an order for custom cards, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2.2 Design Approval: Prior to production, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the design. Once approved, changes may not be possible, and additional charges may apply for modifications.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Payment: Payment for custom card orders is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major cards

3.2 Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of order placement. Refund eligibility is subject to the stage of production and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering process. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not liable for any resulting damages or inconvenience.

4.2 Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All custom card designs created by SportsCards.ie remain the intellectual property of the company.

5.2 User-Provided Content: By submitting custom designs or content, you grant SportsCards.ie the right to use, modify, and reproduce the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

6. Privacy

6.1 Personal Information: We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SportsCards.ie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
